I am an Italian criminal defence lawyer based in Milan, with more than ten years of experience representing individuals and legal entities. I assist clients in criminal proceedings, from investigations and trial to appeals, sentence enforcement and proceedings concerning alternatives to custody.

My practice combines a traditional grounding in criminal law, developed through years of study and legal practice, with modern working methods. Close attention to evidence, legal research and procedural issues remains central to every defence strategy.

I have experience defending entities in proceedings under Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. Compliance advice and organisational models complement my work in litigation and the protection of businesses.

I conduct defence investigations and work with highly qualified technical experts, selected for their competence and experience in the disciplines relevant to each case.

Based in Milan, I represent clients throughout Italy. I maintain a direct relationship with each client, with clear, prompt and regular communication about defence decisions and the progress of proceedings.
